What will my first session be like?
Your first session will be either online or in person. You will want to plan about one hour of your time. This will be an intake session, which means I will ask some questions and gather some information, so I know how I can best support you.
What will the session cost?
Your first 15-minute consultation is free, if you choose to book in after the consultation-
60 min sessions are $125.00 + GST
90 min sessions are $185.00 +GST
Will My insurance Cover my session?
Every Insurance plan is contract specific to your employer. It is best to check with your extended benefits to see if they cover Registered Professional Counsellor Candidate RPC-C.
How do I book an Appointment?
You can either send us an email, give us a call, or book through our Jane app. See the link below -Green tab button "Book an Appointment".
How do I pay for my Session?
Payment for sessions is collected after the session has ended. This payment can be with E-Transfer or we also accept credit cards (Visa and Mastercard) and debit.
What Is your cancellation policy?
SoulFul Counselling And Wellness has a 24-hour cancellation policy. There will be a full session fee if 24 hours notice is not received. But if you can provide more notice the better!
What if I no longer want to continue counselling ?
Counselling is voluntary and always up to the client if they want to continue with their sessions.
