A Breath of Fresh Air Walk and talk therapy sessions will be available in the spring of 2024. We will have two outdoor locations for clients to choose from. Please reach out for more information.
My approach to therapy is tailored to my client's unique needs and their life concerns. I draw upon modalities such as Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT), and Strength Based Therapy. I also offer the Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping). My purpose in helping you is to provide a safe space where you will feel no judgment, and where you will feel heard and understood. In addition, I feel that it is important to work together with my clients for successful outcomes.
